COZY CUTE HOUSE

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Columbus, NC. We are centrally located to Interstate 74 and interstate 26. We are a short distance from the quaint village of Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. The village of Chimney Rock has restaurants and shopping and there is a beach at Lake Lure. The Tryon International Equestrian Center is close by. There is shopping and several restaurants along with horse shows on weekends. The historic Biltmore estate is close by in Asheville...lots of shopping and wineries. Hendersonville is also close by and fun to visit. This rate is based on two (2) guests. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night,.

Fantastic

This is the cleanest and most comfortable house we’ve ever stayed in. The host even labeled the numerous light switches. The house seems brand new. Most comfortable bed we’ve seen at a VRBO. We hope to return

Great TIEC House.

Less than 10 min to TIEC. The house is almost new and very well done, everything you need is there. Host was great!!

Our second week - just as great as the first

We came back to this house for a second stay while our daughter showed at Tryon Equestrian Center. The house is convenient to Tryon, but also to shopping & restaurants. The house is thoughtfully appointed and extremely user friendly. Denise is responsive and friendly. We'd happily make this our go-to place to stay when in this area.

Amazing cozy new house!

This property has everything you could ask for AND MORE!! Denise is a great host. She thought of every little detail to make the house SO comfortable you would not want to leave the house! AND LITERALLY THE HOUSE IS BRAND NEW! 5 star stay!!

Absolutely perfect

Our trip was disrupted by Hurricane Helene and Denise was fantastic with communication and flexibility. We stayed here while our daughter showed at Tryon Equestrian Center. It's super convenient to Tryon, and not far from shopping & restaurants. It's one of the most user friendly vrbo's we've stayed at, and Denise has clearly put a lot of thought into amenities and ease of stay, like labeling the light switches. The house is spotless and we would happily stay here every time we're in the area.

Ideal Stay in a Perfect Location

This new property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described. The location is perfect—nestled in a very quiet area yet only minutes away from all the places we needed to be. The host excelled in communication, making our stay seamless. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful extras left in the home, such as coffee, water, and treats, which were incredibly convenient given our busy schedule. This attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome VRBO!

This property is pristine and brand new as advertised. Beautiful, quiet location. Beyond clean. Brand new furnishings, bedding, mattresses. Everything was new. Close to TIEC; just a 9 min drive which was important to us as my daughter was horse showing. Denise was great; responsive; check-in was so simple and easy. This is the place we will come back to hands down! Thanks Denise for a wonderful stay!

Perfection

This property is brand new. When you walk in, it smells like new construction. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. It is a large space. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms are large and super clean. All the necessity’s are provided. It is super close to the Tryon Equestrian Center. We loved staying here. We parked in the garage, as the owner left us an opener. Very reasonable rates!

Super Cute, Brand New, Very Hospitable

This is a brand new property with all the fixins. Owner was very hospitable and welcoming (Had welcome snacks/deserts). Home had everything and was very comfortable. I think we may have been the first people to stay there but everything was setup for renters. Definitely the best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Great location for attending Tryon Equestrian events (~10 minutes east). Small town ~10 west for restaurants. Photos don't do it justice as it was better than expected. Large garage for 2 cars. Quiet location, good hvac, large closets. Plenty of seating for a families.
