It was a nice stay. The condo was a little dated and you hear upstairs neighbors if staying on 2nd floor. Great activities and check in process.

Thank you for the honest 8/10 and for taking the time to share the details! We're glad the check-in process was smooth and that the activities lineup kept things interesting. We hear you on the dated feel and the noise from upstairs — sound travel between floors is something we're always looking at ways to improve, and feedback like this helps us prioritize where updates matter most. We'd love another shot at earning that extra couple points next time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was very clean and we loved the decor. It had all of the amenities we needed. The pool area was fantastic too. We loved the game room, which we wish we had checked out sooner. The check in was smooth. No complaints whatsoever. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. Overall 10/10! Oh and the host was great to work with. Very accommodating and responsive.

A perfect 10 with this much detail packed in, that's a review we'll happily frame, thank you! Sounds like the decor and the clean setup caught your eye right away, and having every amenity you needed on top of that just sealed it. Glad the pool area lived up to the hype, and noting the game room for next time already puts you ahead of the game for round two. Smooth check-in and easy communication rounding it all out is exactly the experience we're going for. We'd love to have you back, game room included from day one this time.

The unit was clean, beds were comfy, and plenty of towels. Enjoyed the property amenities too, the pool, arcade, tennis courts, and mini golf were great. On site dining had great options and reasonably priced. Nice close proximity to other dining venues and shopping within the area. Short 10 minute drive to busch gardens. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

10/10—honestly, we’ll be chasing that kind of review energy for a while. We’re really glad the unit hit the mark on the essentials (clean, comfy beds, and enough towels to survive a small seaside monsoon) and that you got to enjoy the amenities—from pool time to arcade glory to mini golf competitiveness that may or may not have gotten serious. It’s also great to hear the location worked so well for you—close to dining, shopping, and just a quick hop over to Busch Gardens when adventure called. Really appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience. You’re welcome back anytime! -NexResorts

Chose this place cos of proximity to relatives in Williamsburg, but would stay here just to vacation on property. The accommodation itself was true to the listing, but the added amenities of the resort are enough to return to this place for fun on-site!

Thank you so much for the fantastic 10/10! We’re thrilled to hear you felt welcomed right from the start. 😊 We appreciate your patience with the multi-stop check-in process—we know it can feel a bit like a mini tour before you even get your keys. We’re working on making that smoother for our guests. Thanks as well for the note about the ice situation. Ice trays or built-in ice makers, might be provided, but some are not. There is an ice machine available as well. We’ll make sure that’s clearer so expectations match up. We’re glad the room met your expectations, and we hope to welcome you back for an even more streamlined arrival next time! -NexResorts
