Pictures are accurate, place is clean, neighbourhood is really old and has very old buildings but we didn’t feel unsafe at any point and it was pretty quiet overall. Everything was as expected besides the futon, it was new but it’s really small and designed for people 5’8 and under.
Exactly what I was looking for as a cozy spot near the convention center. Excellent communication and helpful advice on navigating the local area. Would definitely recommend anyone else to stay here!
We were inundated with Wow Customer Service and uncommon respect. A late arrival was accepted and ADA accommodation approve with one phone call. The owner took initiative and brought us a microwave in addition to helping us learn the area and the hospitality. Thank You

I have nothing but glowing things to say about our host. Friendly, communicative, accommodating.
Forgive my delay in writing this review, but that is not a reflection of my gratitude for your hospitality.
And happy Nurse’s Appreciation Week.
