Escape to a one-of-a-kind retreat on beautiful Moosehead Lake in Moose Lake, Minnesota. This private lakefront property combines a classic log home, a massive detached entertainment lodge, private lake access, wood-burning sauna, screened gazebo and room for up to 18 guests.

Perfect for family getaways, friends' trips, golf weekends and larger groups, this property gives everyone space to spread out while still being together.

The main log home sits just steps from the lake and features soaring ceilings, large windows, comfortable gathering spaces and beautiful views of the property and water.

Step outside to a large deck, expansive lawn, fire pit, screened gazebo and private dock leading directly to Moosehead Lake.

And then there’s the entertainment lodge.

At approximately 4,000 square feet, the detached two-story game building is practically a destination of its own, packed with activities for your entire group.

Coming by the end of March 2027: a full golf simulator, adding another year-round activity to the entertainment lodge.

Sleeping arrangements

The property accommodates a maximum of 18 guests.

The main log home sleeps 6 in three bedrooms.

The upper level of the detached entertainment lodge sleeps up to 12 additional guests, with three queen beds tucked into dormer areas plus three queen sleeper sofas.

The two-building layout makes the property especially well suited for larger groups, giving everyone plenty of gathering space while also providing room to spread out.

The entertainment lodge

You don't need perfect weather to have a great stay here.

The approximately 4,000 sq. ft. entertainment lodge features:

9-foot pool table • 2 ping-pong tables • air hockey • foosball • shuffleboard • putting green • cornhole • 2 dart boards • 2 large TVs • Wi-Fi

There are also bathrooms on both levels.

A full golf simulator is planned for completion by March 31, 2027. If the simulator is an important part of your trip, please confirm availability before booking.

Outdoor living

The lakefront setting is the heart of the property.

Start your morning with coffee overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon paddling or relaxing by the water, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or unwind in the screened gazebo.

The lake has a sandy bottom near the dock, with water typically around waist deep at the end of the dock depending on seasonal lake conditions.

The sauna is available to guests 18 and older, and a waiver must be completed before use.

We're happy to host your four-legged family members. A pet fee applies, and pets should be included in your reservation.

Our 22-foot Premier pontoon with a 115 HP Mercury four-stroke may be available as an optional add-on during your stay.

Important things to know

This property is located in a peaceful lakefront neighborhood. We want our guests to have an incredible stay while also respecting our neighbors.

Maximum occupancy is 18 people on the property at any time.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Garage doors and windows in the entertainment lodge must remain closed during quiet hours.

Pets are welcome with a pet fee.

No tents or campers are permitted.

No smoking inside any building.

The pool table is professionally maintained. No jump shots or masse shots are permitted.

What makes this property special

What makes this retreat different isn't just the number of beds or the list of amenities. It's having enough space for a large group to actually enjoy being together.

Some guests can be playing pool or ping-pong. Others can be relaxing by the lake. Someone can be enjoying the sauna while another group gathers around the fire pit or hangs out in the screened gazebo.
