This unique 2-level waterfront home with fast water access would be perfect for you, your friends, and your families to enjoy. You can fish, kayak, paddleboard, and paddle boat. Yes, we have you covered with kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboats, fishing rods, available for you to use during your stay. You are welcome to bring your boat or other water toys as well!
The space
Welcome to our unique waterfront retreat! This 2-level house spans approximately 4,100 square feet. There is ample parking for 3 to 4 cars on the driveway and 2 car in the garage. Bring your boat and friends, and unwind on the water. The best part? You can fish right from the dock!

• No loud or disruptive parties are permitted. • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Any complaints will result in immediate termination of the gathering and a $1,500 penalty fee.
All watercraft crafts should be placed back as you found them—there is an extra charge $100 for relocation
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful location, great house for a big group

Twelve of us stayed in the house for a family wedding nearby at Fox Haven Ranch. It worked so well for our big group. The house was clean and the views were outstanding. Communication with the house owner/manager was excellent.
