Had a wonderful time at vineyard oasis. The location was perfect for exploring the wine country surround the area and the amenities at the house were over the top!
This property is great for those looking to get away from it all a a couple or in a group up to 6-8. The house is beautiful and has all you would need for a great trip. The outside spaces from the pool to the bocce, to the ping pong area to the huge open field at the front of the property are all fantastic and only add to the great experience. The hosts are super responsive and prior to and during the stay which only added to a great experience. Would highly recommend!
We stayed with our extended family for a holiday get together. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed inside and out. Great communication and an easy process all around. Many thanks!
The property was as expected, located at the end of the road next to vineyard across the street. During the season with vines and grapes growing would be over the top. Owner was fantastic to work with during the stay. House was very clean and updated!! Beds were also very comfortable!!
This home hit the mark for our stay. We used this home as a base for wine tasting, and after that it was the perfect home for relaxing and spending time with the family. Billards was the main draw, but we also used the ping-pong, bocci, and darts. Fire pit for one night when we had a birthday!!! Too colds still for pool. Great hosts, always reachable, and super friendly... 5 star!!!!!!!!

Disappointing Experience
Our check in time was at 4PM and the house was bro clean. We had an event that evening at 6PM out of town and had just enough time to unload and to get dressed. Because the house was not cleaned, it forced us to change our plans. Cynthia nor IIan offer a discount. I got a message the day of checkout that I could check out later than 10am. A little too late. This was a horrible experience overall.
The pictures are not accurate. Property isn't well kept. I asked specifically if the pool would be heated before booking and I was told yes, between 80-85. The pool was 65-70 when we arrived and the hot tub wasn't heated either, I got an email saying it would cost me to heat the hot tub. The hosts were responsive when I asked about a package at the first gate, but when I asked about the pool, crickets. They ended up turning on the heater for one day, at no charge, but was by no means warm enough that any of us adults got it. The kids did, with chattering teeth. The air conditioning in the sun room didn't work. The yard was overgrown and the bocci balls were cracked, the kitchen is not fully stocked (bring your own can opener and if you're a non-toxic person this is not your place). I spent a small fortune (for me) to have a chance to have my parents, sister, nephews and my kids all under one roof, to celebrate my birthday and make memories. It is disappointing we didn't get the outdoor experience this listing promised.

Hi Stacie,
We’re genuinely sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Hosting meaningful family gatherings like yours is something we care deeply about, and it’s disappointing to hear we fell short in your eyes.
To clarify for future guests:
✔️ Our listing clearly notes that pool and hot tub heating are optional and not included by default. When you expressed concern, we activated the pool heater at no charge in an effort to help.
✔️ Unfortunately, an unseasonably cold weather pattern in the days leading up to your arrival caused the pool temperature to drop significantly. Even with the heater on, it takes time to recover — especially in early spring conditions.
✔️ The yard has since been serviced, and we’ve replaced the bocce set and added extra kitchen tools, including a new can opener, to improve the guest experience.
We always strive to respond quickly to guest needs and maintain a respectful dialogue. When communication became inappropriate, we made the difficult decision to step back, in line with VRBO’s standards for host-guest interactions.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family the very best in your future travels.
Our family of 6 took a quick trip for spring break and this place had everything for us. Everything was clean and location was quite which we were looking for. Communication with hosts was always within a timely manner. The house came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I recommend guests bring is some bug spray. I forgot how they like to come out at night but stores were close by for anything else we needed or wanted. We will definitely be back again and recommend to family and friends.
We found the Vineyard Oasis to be clean and comfortable. The pool area is very private. The grounds around the house have a lot of beautiful flowering trees and plants. There are a lot of vineyards within 5 minutes. Downtown Paso is a short ride as well. The kitchen items could use some updating which would really make this property shine, but certainly not a show stopper. We would definitely stay there again.
