➤ Please make yourself comfortable! You're welcome to utilize the entire space except for the fireplace. Kindly refrain from attempting to use it.
➤There's a total of 4 bedrooms in the property but, only 3 bedrooms are for rental. The master bedroom, garage, fireplace and basement are off-limits.
➤ There's a total of 2.5 bathrooms, but only 1.5 is available for the guests' use.
➤ Two (2) guests per bed plus 1 guest can stay on the Full-sized pull-out couch

➤ Please be aware that pets are not permitted on the premises.
➤ There are 2 entry ways to enter the property.

➤ SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. If we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee.

➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

☀ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.

☀ Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essential supplies, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Please note these items are intended to get you started and are not restocked during your stay.
