Plenty of land for the kids and nature lovers (kids at heart) to roam and play. 3 bedrooms, game room, and 4 full bathrooms. Game room has a pool table, bunk bed, sofa sleeper, and TV. The back porch is a great place to have lunch / dinner, watch the sunset, and see the wildlife.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper. Guest room 1 has a queen bed. Guest room 2 has two queen beds. The game room on the 2nd floor has a twin bunk bed and a sofa sleeper.

Bring your horses as there is a small horse pen and stock tank.

NOTE:
1) Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
2) There is a trailer on the property. No one lives in the trailer and it is for storage only. The inside is not for guest use.
3) No hunting on the property
4) No discharge of firearms on the property
5) The asphalt driveway can become impassable when it snows. During the winter, four wheel drive or chains are highly recommended.
6) House has Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers
7) There are non-firing replica firearms mounted on the walls of the living room
