ONLY A BRIEF 5 MINUTE WALK TO OUR PRIVATE PIECE OF CRESCENT BEACH! Very cozy 3BD/2.5BA two story (1st and 2nd floor- stairs) townhouse overlooking the tranquil canal and tropical greenery. Located on the ground floor is the spacious living room with 50" flat panel TV,DVD,VCR, CD, stereo and high speed internet access. Open slider doors and step out to tropical grounds and boat docks. First floor also features large kitchen, dining room and half bath. Walk upstairs to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed and TV. Master bathroom has tub/shower combination. Open sliders to view of the canal. Second bedroom has queen bed and TV. Third guest bedroom has two twin beds and tv. Guest bathroom has walk-in shower. Washer/dryer on second level. Complimentary Wi-Fi in unit. 2 Heated Pools, Private Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Clubhouse with Computer, Printer and Wi-Fi, Beach Attendant with complimentary use and set-up of beach loungers and umbrellas 7 days a week! Unit sleeps a maximum of no more than 6 people. Enjoy your vacation in one of the premier units at Midnight Cove!
