Ideally located at the end of a quiet street in the trendy Green Point neighborhood, the three-bedroomed Cape Standard Villa has been described by numerous previous guests as a ‘hidden gem and an ‘oasis’ in Green Point. During you stay you will have exclusive use of the entire Villa with its private, landscaped swimming pool area.
All three bedrooms are en-suite with king-size/twin beds, each with its own outside balcony, TV, ceiling fan, air conditioner, hairdryer, fridge and safe. The Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, inside and outside dining areas, and a lounge area leading onto the swimming pool patio and garden.
The Cape Standard Villa is a sun-filled home styled with mixed elements of mid-century modern, Key West and contemporary Cape Town.
The Villla has parking available, and the superb location ensures easy access to many excellent local restaurants, the V&A Waterfront, the various beaches along the Atlantic Seaboard, Sea Point, Camps Bay as well as the Cape Town city center.
A caretaker lives separately on the premises and will take care of your arrival as well as any requests that you may have during your stay.
