Baywood Colony is a 25-unit ocean front community located 2 miles south of Old Orchard Beach. Rest and relaxation await you at our well-appointed 4 bedroom, three level condo. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the other 2 share a bath. The fourth bathroom is located on the first floor. There is a pool located on the property that you pass by on your very short 2 minute walk to the private beach!

Wonderful Stay in Old Orchard

The condo was perfect, very clean and spacious. Only a 2 minute walk to a private beach and short drive to old orchard. Perfect location and the owners were incredibly responsive and gave us a nice tour upon arrival.

The condo is close enough to the ocean where at night my favorite thing to do is open the windows and fall asleep to the waves crashing on the shore!! Quite a relaxing, soothing sound......

What makes this property unique

Once you have stayed at Baywood Colony you will want to return year after year. We have several guests that have been coming and staying with us for many years! It is a very quaint complex and really is for those that are looking for rest and relaxation but night life is very close at hand in Old Orchard Beach! You will love the private beach and ability to walk in either direction for exercise, tranquility or in search of ocean treasures! You will make memories here that will last a lifetime! I know that we have.
