Newly open and fully renovated, Leoni House is an elegant apartment located in the historic and quiet heart of Verona, facing the beautiful San Fermo church. Very close to Piazza Erbe, Piazza Brá and Giulietta's house, at walking distance to all the main monuments and 10 minutes by bus from the station. A fully-furnished place equipped with all comforts, hosting up to 4 people. The apartment consists of one large shiny living room, a fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom with walking-in shower and bathtub and storage room. An exclusive-use romantic roof terrace provides an astonishing view of the Adige River and Verona centre while you enjoy a drink or meal. Equipped with air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, free high-speed secured Wi-Fi, dish washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine. A fantastic stay in Verona. The apartment was perfect: lots of room; very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry room; nicely furnished. And the rooftop terrace was fabulous—great for relaxing with a glass of wine and enjoying the spectacular views. Oriana, our host, was very helpful and communicative. I was met at the door when I arrived and was helped with my luggage.Everything explained to me in detail Place was very clean and well equipped .Located right on the river with a fabulous roof top terrace over looking the river and Verona.Great location with fresh food market , coffee shop and eatery’s just steps away.Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Most fabulous place!

We loved our stay here in this gorgeous place that was so big and roomy. The private rooftop balcony/ terrace looking over the river and toward the castle was stunning! It was the most perfect location to be in to walk anywhere and also having café Duche below us for coffee and sweets in the morning. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place

Delightful apartment in perfect location

Oriane was so helpful at every stage of our holiday. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and very clean. It is within easy reach of Verona’s many attractions. Oriane kindly provided welcome drinks and useful kitchen essentials e.g oil, condiments etc. We were very comfortable throughout the week and she organised a taxi for our departure. All in all an excellent stay with amazing views. Be aware that you need to be fit enough to climb stairs up to a roof apartment.

Verona holiday!

We found the unit to be just as advertised, and we’re very happy with the accommodations and the location. However, the most amazing thing was the amount of help that we got from our host. We are grateful for the help that they provided in regards to luggage and transportation! Highly recommend!

Our hosts were a pleasure, they worked with us on our arrival as we were driving and it was challenging! So kind, helped with luggage, a thorough overview and tour of their lovely apartment, and goodies in the fridge were an unexpected pleasure. Perfect location in Verona,

The apartment is in a great location, close to all of the sites, restaurants and shopping. It is still in the historical area but just far away from the congested city center. The apartment is very well equipped with quality appliances and furnishings. The bed is very comfortable. We loved winding down our day on the terrace and enjoying the amazing views. Beware, to get the view you will have to climb 62 steps to get to it he third floor apartment ( what we in the US would consider the 4th floor) but a good excuse to eat more pasta and pasties,

A solo traveler’s dream

I fully enjoyed my stay in Verona-more than I thought I would. Neighborhood was completely safe. There’s a lovely cafe directly below the apartment. The only thing I would say can be a concern is if you or another traveler staying in the apartment have trouble with stairs… the apartment is on the fourth floor, the stairs are marble. My favorite part of the apartment was the rooftop! Lovely view of the city. Short walk to Juliet’s house. This apartment is perfect for a solo person or couple.

Terrific Apartment, Stunning City

This is an absolute gem of a property - well-appointed and well-positioned. Superbly located close to the heart of the old city, it is a great base for exploring Verona and the Veneto, plus the rooftop balcony offers a fantastic 360* view. We stayed during a hot week in June/July but the air conditioning was more than up to the task. The closeness of a busy thoroughfare was a surprising bonus - being up 3 flights of stairs meant it was actually really quiet, especially in the evening, and you have the regular and reliable bus service on your doorstep. (Note - the stairs and steps up to the balcony would not be suitable for those with mobility issues). We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again very soon.

Fabulous base for Verona and surrounding area

From the start when I was met from the taxi outside the apartment my stay was comfortable and a delight. Oriana was helpful in contact before I arrived and whilst there. Even booking a taxi for my return to the airport. The apartment is exactly as described and in a very convenient part of Verona. Several buses stop right outside and connect with the train station. Handy as I did lots of travel to the surrounding area. Trains are cheap and punctual. The surrounding area to the apartment felt safe especially for a single older lady. I was provided with tips on where to eat and the local supermarket was perfect for buying some essential groceries. Lots of places nearby for food. Easy to walk around Verona from here and see all the sights. I would highly recommend this as a base in the area. Perfect stay.

Perfect with a small caveat for very tall people only

This is a very comfortable spacious space with a very special rooftop terrace. The apartment has everything you need to live as a resident. There is a great coffee bar downstairs, a vegetable and fruit stand steps away and lots of close by food establishments including a choice of grocery stores. You are steps away from Roman ruins and a very short walk away from all of the major sites including the Piazza Erbe and the Arena. The magnificent San Fermo church is directly across the street and the alleged Juliet's house is close by as are numerous retail establishments. The host and manager are very friendly and accommodating. They will help you carry your luggage up and down (the apartment is a 3 story walk up). The apartment is also supplied with thoughtful basic necessities like soap, shampoo and conditioner, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc. as well as coke and beer. The only negative I can think of is that living in this apartment is a challenge for those of us who are over 6 feet tall. In the picture, the big log beams are pretty obvious and were not a problem for me (around 6'2"). A perpendicular beam at about 5'9" of height in the living room with another in the middle of the bathroom were more challenging for me. It was easy to straighten up after avoiding the log beams and hit those. Even so, if we have another extended stay in Verona I likely will select this apartment again.

Unser Aufenthalt im Leoni House in Verona war sehr positiv. Das Apartment ist charmant eigerichtet und sauber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und wit Getränken begrüsst, die im Kühlschrank gelassen wurden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlerin des Leoni Hauses verlief reibungslos. Da wir im Haus fast zwei Wochen waren, wurden nach etwa einer Woche die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wir fühlten uns wohl, waren mit der Wohnung und seiner zentralen Lage sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese anderen Gästen weiter. Ewa mit Familie.

Die Wohnung ist super von der Lage und von der Ausstattung her. Man ist direkt am Rande der Altstadt und hat alles was man braucht direkt vor der Haustür. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Und weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Arena. Es ist also eine optimale Ausgangsbasis für Opernbesuche und Stadterkundungen für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und die Vermieter haben uns Tipps für einen günstigen Parkplatz gegeben (Parcheggio Centro, 10 pro Tag in der Tiefgarage).

Great place., great hosts!!!

Our train was over 2 hours late and Oriana made accommodations and met us at the apartment. A bottle of Prosecco, soft drinks and a Verona cake were waiting for us. The location was terrific and the private balcony was spectacular with San Fermo Church on one side and the Adige River on the other. We were provided with many options of maps, brochures and suggestions on where to go/what to do in Verona and our next destination, Venice as well. Our host, Corrado went above and beyond our expectations! 5 stars!
