Enchanting Monte Verde
The property is very cozy, Lower floor: Living room with fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table, LED TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, bathroom with toilet, kitchen with refrigerator and all utensils. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room and a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms, and a bathroom. Outside the house is all grassed around with Hortências. It looks like a chalet, is very well located, close to the center of the main avenue and Monte Verde Airport. Near the house we have the German Market where you can find everything and very cheap and it works from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm, pharmacy, bakery and if you want to rent horses for a ride, Zé da Vó takes the horses to the residence.
