The sunroom and porch is a awesome feature of the property. A great place to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The property has a above ground swimming pool 4ft deep. Available for usage upon your stay.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: You will find a laundry room with washer and dryer, also a tanning bed with full access to use to renter, open concept living room with a 86' Smart TV and electric fireplace. A playroom or second living space with a 65' Smart TV. Open Kitchen and dining room the kitchen includes views over the river to die for. Wine Refrigerator, dishwasher, farmhouse sink and microwave. The bar has seating for 5. The dining room has a table that seats up to 6. There is a desk with a office chair to do a little work if needed.
