This beautiful town house is 2.300 square feet. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the 3rd floor, with a long hallway. The master bedroom is on the water level which has a separate entrance from outside patio. Renting seperate rooms is available throughout winter. All the bedrooms have several walk in closets and built in bathrooms. The front entrance has a front patio, living room with an open kitchen with full appliances and balcony. There is a closed garage and two reserved open space parking space infront of the house that is free.

Turkey Creek, which is located 2.9 miles from the town house is among the trees. It is perfect for children and is like a lazy river for young people who want to take a break from the heat and sun.

The master bedroom has a separate entrance from outside patio. From the living room there is a door separates the stairs that goes down the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a long hallway with washer and dryer room, big bathroom, 3 closets, one of which is a walk in closet. The master bedroom is 20 by 17, with a king size Tempur- Pedic bed and 75 inch brand new Samsung TV, and electronic recliner sofa and a study desk.

The second bedroom on the 3rd floor is 20 by 17.
It has three closets, one of which is a walk in closet. It has a queen bed, side night stand, a study table, mini microwave and fridge and 45 inch TV and (a sofa upon request ). It has shower and toilet. It has two big windows with the waterfront and forest view.

The 3rd bedroom faces the front of the house.
It has 55 inch TV, a walk in closet, king size bed, a bath top and a toilet. This room is ideal for children and teenagers.
Other things to note
Between 15th of April
To 28th of May, master bedroom and 20 by 17 inch bedroom on the 3rd floor with waterfront view are available for rent.
06/01/24- 08/15/24 the whole town house is available for rent.

Master bedroom can have maximum 4 adults . I have blow up bed for queen size that is very comfortable.
2nd bedroom can have maximum 2 adults. The 3rd bedroom also can have maximum 2 adults.
Medical and Millitary personnel always welcome into our property.
