This lovely home offers 2 queen beds and bunk beds for the kids. A comfortable living area with a sofa bed for extra space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a totally equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Keurig dual coffee maker, AC, and WiFi and (2) New 75" Smart TV's during your stay. The bathroom features a bathtub/ shower. Looking forward to your booking!

Hi, my name is Randy, I am the owner of the "Classic Florida Cottage and your host. I've called NW Florida my home for about 35 years now. I have grown up is the area and I truly love living here.
Why they chose this property
Elliot Point is an area of Ft Walton that is located to just about everything. You're right across the bridge to the beaches. You're walking distance to Ferry Park, which includes Frisbee Golf, tennis courts and a walking path. The Downtown area is a short drive away, which includes shopping and restaurants. And Uptown station is also close by for even more shopping.
What makes this property unique
I bought the home a couple of years ago and decided to restore it to it's 1965 cottage style, with all the modern upgrades. It's been a lot of fun bringing it back to it's glory. The property has some wonderful shade trees is what I think makes it unique.
