Hi Jose, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the property met your expectations. We’d like to clarify that we do not accept or manage packages on behalf of guests, and we strongly advise against sending deliveries to the home, as items left unattended at the front door are outside the host’s control. This is noted in our house guidelines to help avoid situations like this. We’re sorry to hear you felt communication did not meet your expectations. We strive to remain responsive and available through the platform and appreciate all feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience. Best regards, Marcos Regarding communication, we’re sorry to hear you felt it did not meet your expectations. We always strive to respond as promptly as possible and remain available through the VRBO platform for any questions or concerns during a stay. Thank you for the feedback, as it helps us continue improving. Best regards, Marcos

Our experience with Shawn was unpleasant. From the moment she inquired and asked if we would include a washer and dryer in the reservation, we were very kind and included the appliances at no extra cost because it was a long stay. Even so, she continued to ask aggressively and insisted that if not, she would not book. We kept explaining that they had been included, but she apparently didn't understand. Once in the house, she wrote that there were ants and cockroaches. When we saw the message, we quickly apologized because we had had technical problems with the application and hadn't been able to apologize because we had had technical problems with the application and didn’t see the message the day before, but she had our phone number because we had spoken about an emergency we had during check-in. Shawn was very aggressive in her response. We sent her evidence that we had done a pest control treatment in the house just before her check-in and that we do it every month. She got angry and continued with her aggressive way of responding. We apologized, offered to send the pest control company to the house that same day, and she didn't respond. The next day we asked again and she didn't respond. The following day she wrote again that she found another cockroach and that she could tolerate the ants but not the cockroaches and that she would leave that same day. She said this right when it was supposed to be her last night. She left the house at approximately 3:00 pm, in other words, she stayed for the last night. The housekeeper inspected the house and did not find any cockroaches or ants in any area of the house; apparently, she took them all with her. Our beautiful casita is listed on 3 platforms and we are "Guest Favorites"; no one has ever complained about cockroaches, ants, or services in the pathetic way this guest did. In Miami, due to the climate and rain, our house has a beautiful patio with fruit trees, so it's normal to have insects. For this reason, we make sure the pest control is done monthly, and that's why we offered to go immediately to provide excellent service, as we do with all our guests, because we truly value them. Shawn's attitude was not friendly, nor did she give us the opportunity to fix the problem. Very unfortunate.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your visit and hope everything was comfortable and enjoyable. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
