Originally built in the early 20th century, this historical home has been newly remodeled to fit your needs as you visit Bozeman. Located within walking distance of downtown Bozeman, the Midtown District, and the MSU campus and more, this home offers a relaxing and accommodating space to recharge as you explore all that Montana has to offer. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is open and accessible by way of a scenic 1 hour 45-minute drive through the mountains of Big Sky.

This is a floor level unit of a historical duplex with quiet neighbors upstairs. The full space is yours to enjoy during your stay with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully functioning kitchen. Lots of windows for great natural light.

Charming home with great location

We came over for MSU parents weekend and this was the perfect place to stay - easily walkable to the downtown area and close enough to campus for a walk or a very short drive. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The host was communicative and provided us with all the information we needed pre and post our stay. We will definitely be a return customer!

Nice property

This house is in a great location for walking access to the downtown area that has many shops and restaurants. It's on Main Street so it is a little loud at night (understand that we were there on a weekend, I'm assuming it would be quieter during the week). The beds are comfortable and it was well equipped.

Great Stay

We had a nice one-night stay. The house is very conveniently located with a short walk to downtown. The house is older and lacks AC but it wasn't a problem for us with temps in the 70s during the day. I recommend running the fans at night to add some airflow and cover up the road noise. We'd stay here again for sure.

Walk to dinner downtown Bozeman

We enjoyed our stay here in Bozeman. Jessica is a great communicator if anything is needed. We stayed 5 nights for a work trip, and everything was great in this kinda cool old house. We liked the king sized bed and all he newly updated floors, couch and TV. I did need to back carefully into the driveway, but it was nice and wide once I got off of Main Street. You’ll enjoy a stay.

Convenient but loud and hot

Starting with the positive… The house was quite clean and has the Bozeman charm with some nice updates, although it was fairly sparse. Convenient to downtown. Communication with the owners was good as well. We didn’t notice anyone living upstairs, which I was glad of. The problems… it’s directly on Main Street with no access from the back. There is a driveway from Main St. but we didn’t use it because it was such a pain to back out. We parked on the street instead. Not too big a deal, but the traffic was constant. I couldn’t sleep all week. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the week from lack of sleep. There is also a street light shining directly into the bedroom and there are no curtains. That’s one star down. The second star down is the fact that the storm windows are apparently permanently on. In the middle of summer, this is a major issue. This house, like 90% of the houses in Bozeman, does not have AC - totally normal. (Don’t be fooled by the thermostat like I was at first!). Couldn’t open the house, so it was so uncomfortably warm. It got up to near 80 consistently inside. And we couldn’t open the windows, which was incredibly frustrating. The only way to get air flow was to open the front and back doors, which we couldn’t do while out of the house or at night. The portable fans in the house were too loud to sleep with, so along with the traffic it was too warm to sleep. The temperature can be helped at least by removing the storm windows. :-/

Great property for walking downtown

Great property for walking downtown. Spacious clean and fully equipped. There is traffic noise in the front bedroom with the King bed so plan accordingly.

Great house with wonderful location

Stayed here with my son to attend my grandsons graduation from Montana State. The house was so comfortable and walking from town. The highlight for me was waking up to snow on our last day. Would definitely recommend staying here again.
