Family-oriented area.

I love the location of the house. It's a very safe and calm area for families with kids. There are stores, restaurants, and activities nearby. The owner of the house was very kind to check on us and give us some ideas of what to do. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

A little slice of summer

We had a wonderful stay in this small apartment only a few minutes walk to the beach or bay. It was situated close to all restaurants and activities. The only down side was the traffic noise, especially at night and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than those two small issues, everything else was lovely. Also, this apartment had convenient, easy check in and was very clean!

Accessible to everything.

The property is well appointed, clean and close to everything. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place for you. It’s right on LB Blvd so traffic is almost constant. Couldn’t really sit outside. BUT the ocean is just a few houses away.

The property was nice but we had 2 issues with it, the noise from upstairs was very bothersome, they had a number of young children who were running around every morning at 7am or so, not their fault, but there's absolutely no sound dampening insulation or even carpet upstairs, so every noise can be heard and heard loudly. Secondly the mattress's could use replacing, they were very uncomfortable.

Nicely renovated, especially liked kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Appreciated the amenities in the kitchen, like coffee makers and filters, tableware, etc. The queen bed needs replacing, smells musty and too uncomfortable. Very nice outside deck area, stairs to unit were not a problem.

Great stay for the week

This apartment was perfect for us (two adults) looking for a beach week. Clean, updated and an easy walk to the beach and great location to restaurants, shops, etc. Could be a little noisy as it overlooks the main LBI Boulevard but we didn't mind it while we were sitting out on the deck each night.

This Is our second year staying here. Short walk to the beach, close to all our favorite places, and the house is cute and clean! Perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 7).

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property...it was very clean and a very short walk to the beach! The only downfall for us were the beds...not comfortable and they were hard where you could feel the springs - most nights we didn't sleep well. However, my dad visited and he likes a hard mattress so if thats you, then it won't be a problem! ;) Otherwise, everything was wonderful and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

The apt was lovely , Clean and equipped with all that is needed for your stay . Te beach access was 1 block walk - which made it very convenient . Centrally located on the island . Then owner was extremely welcoming . The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable , a little too firm for our liking , but we made the best of it . All and all the apt was beautiful and we would like to visit and stay again !

Our vacation rental was well equipped with all necessary items. The outside deck was spacious however traffic noise was louder than expected. We loved the short walk to the clean and well maintained beach.

home away from home! The place was clean and the place was equipped with every appliance or gadget we needed especially for cooking. The location was ideal - not too far in from the strip, accessible to the grocery and good restaurants....but most especially it was a nice short walk to the beach.

Happy Renters!

We had a FABULOUS long weekend in this beautifully decorated, modern, super-clean, 2nd floor condo. Short walk to great beach! Owner was very nice and accommodating for us. We had 4 adults, and might be a little tight for 6, but for us was a great layout. We had beautiful weather, great biking, and the ocean was warm! We are already planning our return!

Great place!

Beautifully furnished, great location in Brant Beach area, short walk to beach! Owner was very nice and accommodating! Perfect for 4, although does sleep 6. Everything looks brand new and is nicely decorated. Upscale and modern. We had a great time and WILL return next year.
