Beautiful Private Home with River Access In Beautiful Egremont

Enjoy a barbeque in your screened in porch overlooking the Green River. Look at the beautiful Berkshires from your King Bed when you wake. Spacious, private, and eloquent. Only 20 minutes to Tanglewood or 10 minutes to Downtown Great Barrington. Enjoy the Egremont Barn for live music.

Beautifully decorated, the spacious home is set back over 100 yards from the street and provides maximum privacy. The large back yard includes both sides of the Green River where there is a picnic table and a grill for your convenience.

The living area is spacious and flows from the kitchen ((with its own eating area) to the living room and an amazing screened in porch (with ceiling fans) overlooking the spacious backyard. The propane Weber grill is inside the screened porch for bug free grilling. The outdoor patio also has a table and chairs.

The Living room has a large 65 inch Tv with Roku streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more.

The house features three bedrooms and a study plus a formal dining room and a spa master bath.

The kitchen is up to date and includes a microwave, air frier, pots and pans, plates, table clothes, garbage disposal, and a small food processor. You will also find a full assortment of condiments and spices and other cooking basics including cooking oils etc. plus other staples. We ask each guest to replenish what they use.

The Master Bedroom, located on the first floor, has a large king bed and a spa master bath featuring armenian tiles from Jerusalem. The bed adjoins the screened in porch allowing beautiful morning sun.

The study includes a printer and high speed internet.

Also located on first floor is washer drier.

The second bedroom located upstairs features its own private bath and a queen bed. The third bedroom (also with its own bathroom) is now used as an exercise room, however, you could easily bring air mattresses and sleep two children (or adults).

Pets are welcome. Smoking allowed only in screened in porch.

House has a back up generator that will automatically turn on if there is loss of power.

Two nigh minimum except during Holiday weekends.

The house is 15 minutes from Catamount which has a summer zip line course, 20 minutes to Tanglewood (using backroads to avoid summer traffic), close to hiking trials and biking paths.
