Perfect for Parks

This was a great property to stay at for a family vacation to the Orlando theme parks. The place was spotless, the pool was great, and there was a Walmart within four minutes of the house. The neighborhood felt very safe and our kids enjoyed all of the birds and lizards outdoors!

Compass Bay Stay

It was an overall pretty good stay. My family didn't care too much for the lizards and frogs, but overall did enjoy their stay. The house was clean with new linen so that was a plus. The pool was small but still satisfied my kids. The enclosed roofing needed some work but other than that, it was a good stay. Communication between myself and host started out a little rocky, but got better. Overall I give a 7.5 out of 10.

Nice property, enjoyed our stay

The property was easy to find and close to everything. Everything was clean. Only issue was no wash clothes provided and bedrooms with twin beds were a little uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay

Quiet neighborhood

This home sits in a gated community just minutes from Disney. The home was clean and had plenty of room for us. The pool was a little small, but it didn’t bother us because we never got in it.

This property was very disappointing in the least to say. There were marks all throughout the home, patches of paint on the wall and the furniture upstairs and downstairs was scuffed, rundown and/or broken. Dead roaches on the floor by the front door, screws loose on the bunk bed, a white car parked outside of the home the entite stay which took away from our parking space. The wrost part of all was the beds. The beds in all the rooms were hard and very uncomfortable. The twin mattress were thin and hard. My guest and I woke up with aches and pains. This little getaway for a weekend was anything other than a getaway but a pain. The one sorta good thing was the owner was quick to respond however he did not speak english. So, I communicated with customer service vrbo to complain, they provided great customer service. There was also a high deposit amount of 400 for the stay. Needless to say I will not stay or recommend this property location for anyone.

A great getaway

Hello I've been meaning to compliment the beautiful home that you guys let me and my fiance rent out . It was so peaceful, so clean & a very spacious home . We loved every minute of it that we had paid to stay an extra night . (: Thank you so much for preparing the house for us to enjoy . We really appreciate it.

Birthday weekend

The property was nice & clean as stated in the photos. The beds were AMAZING, so soft I wanted to stay in there all day. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds the most. I did have an issue getting into the front door when we first arrived, the code did not work & I didn't get an answer from the property manager. I called the emergency number and they gave me a temp code for the weekend. The pool was cold but that didn't stop the fun. The kids got in there at least 4 times during our stay.
