The home features modern stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, marble countertops, and all the accessories you need to feel right at home.
The home is currently set up with a queen bed in one room and an office in the other, but can easily be adapted to meet your needs by adding a bed or a crib.
There is ample off-street parking, a patio with propane grill, and a spacious back yard. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Shopping, great food, excellent parks, and exciting entertainment options are abundant. You really can't go wrong by staying here.

This home was completely remodeled in 2023. Everything in the home is brand new from top to bottom. Each room features original artwork by local Denver artists. The home features a large driveway for off-street parking, as well as a fully fenced back yard with room for entertaining, and plenty of space for your pups to play. Finally, the best part... this home is cannabis friendly inside and out.
