About this property

Casa Mercedes

Five minutes from the beach, the holiday home lies on a 500 sq.m garden property with 70 sq.m living and sleeping space and a 12 sq.m terrace to experience the outdoors. The facilities, designed to the owner's specifications, offer a comfortable holiday suite. The dining room ensemble, with a passway to the kitchen, is located behind the living room couch set laid out in front of the chimney. A large double bedroom and a small bedroom with two beds are separated from the living area by a glass door. WiFi. Protection from insects with a mosquito net frame. Between the bedrooms are a bathroom and WC. The living area opens out onto a terrace, partially protected by palm fronds, ideal for sunbathing, barbecuing, and other recreational activities. Parking on the house entryway is no problem. The guarded entryway to the residence area, with a supermarket, payphone and post box, is three minutes away by car. We would be very happy to hear from you. Access to the villa park: €15 per vehicle per stay.
