The Hideout community offers outdoor tennis courts, two outdoor heated swimming pools, beach access, lake usage, basketball courts, pickleball court, 9-hole golf course, Recreation building has a small arcade room, golf simulator, indoor tennis/pickleball court and a gym. Most of the amenities require a small fee and amenity badge to be displayed at entrance. Beach and pool access are free with the rental of this home. We have nine amenity badges in the house for guest usage. Three badges are specific for renters, we would suggest at least one of those badges are with you at every amenity, especially if planning on visiting the Clubhouse or Tiki Bar! Please leave these badges at the home upon checkout as these are for all guests at the property for the season. If badges are missing or lost, a $50 per badge replacement fee will be the responsibility of the primary renter.
There is one central location for disposal of trash for all owners and guests. All guests must bring their trash to this location for disposal as there is no garbage pickup within the community. Please do not lease garbage outside at any time as this will encourage animals to the location. All garbage and food must be removed from the property at departure. If a substantial amount is left behind and a garbage removal company is called in, primary renter will be responsible to pay that charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Any amenity can be closed at the discretion of The Hideout Association. This is not within our control and homeowner will not offer refunds or discounts for any closure of any amenity during reservation; including community owned lakes or due to weather.
Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. The Community has its own Public Safety that will enforce the 25 MPH speed limits, disturbances and any other violations to the rules. Check the website at hideoutassoc.com for more information about amenities, and rules and regulations.
Primary renter will be responsible for any charges/fines from any guest within thier party for violations during the stay.
Before you leave : Anything you turned on, please turn off. Close and lock all windows and doors. Remove all garbage and food from property and drop off at the designated trash facility.
Make sure to leave the nine amenity badges on the counter in the kitchen.
There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement.
