This listing combines a 3-bedroom house AND a separate studio apartment unit attached to the front of the house.

Free access to a 2-car garage at the rear of the property! Another car can be parked in front of the garage to allow up to 3 free parking spaces on the property!

STUDIO:
The studio unit has its own full bathroom and full kitchen. along with a full-sized bed
The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, cleaning supplies, coffee, creamer, and basic spices
The bathroom has shampoo conditioner, body wash, extra toothpaste, q-tips, makeup cloths, and other extra toiletries
There is a wall-mounted Smart HDTV with online streaming capabilities
We have a dedicated workspace, and a dining counter in this studio space as well!

HOUSE:
The main floor of the house is home to the dining table and chairs in our central dining room
There is a desk that can act as a workspace in the dining room area
The living room has a full-sized pull-out sofa bed, HD Smart TV, and some extra chairs and blankets
The house also has a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking basics, some extra plastic bags, cooking utensils, coffee, plates, bowls, and just about everything else you might need during a short-term stay!
Our 1/2 bathroom is also on the main level of the house
The bunk bedroom is located just off the dining room space and has a twin XL over full bunk bed that faces a mounted HD TV
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. These rooms have closet space and hangers for clothing storage
The two full bathrooms are also located upstairs next to each queen bedroom. Bathrooms have extra toiletries, fresh towels, and some cleaning supplies.

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
