Great location and a lot of space for our family while we were in town for a family wedding. Fantastic balcony with view of the beach. Property is well maintained and great amenities! The only feedback I have is that you need better curtains on the windows. The light shines bright into the windows that are facing the hallway. King bedroom doesn't have any blinds and the curtains don't fit the window so a bright light shines through all night from the boardwalk. Robin was very quick to respond to a broken closet door.

The location and size of the room was great. The host was super fast at communication. We always love the amenities and activities at this resort. The unit does need a little TLC (curtain rod falling down, bathroom tiles are loose, etc.) but nothing that hugely affected our stay. Thanks for a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

The curtain rod on one side has pulled away from the wall and dangling. We did not pull the curtains at all for fear the curtains would fall on our head!!

Our family of 6 had a great time at this property. Very spacious, and the views of the beach and sunrise from the balcony can’t be beat. Host was very communicative. The unit needs some updating and fresh paint but that didn’t affect our stay.

Great location

Right near everything you need, beach is feet away, fantastic ocean view and the mini water park is fantastic for rinsing the sand off before you go to your room. Very clean property, would absolutely stay again.

Excellent location! Five of us stayed in this 3 bedroom condo. Easy walk to Biketoberfest. Enjoyed the pools & the beach. Fun restaurants & shopping nearby.
