Catch the beach vibe in this spacious Spinnaker that makes it so easy to relax and enjoy your Seabrook Island vacation. Walk out the door and you're practically on the beach. You'll love the easy access to Seabrook Islands' 3 miles of pristine beach, with a short walk to the Club and pools. Two spacious bedrooms each have deck access for your lounging pleasure or coffee break. The master bedroom is on the second level and has a King bed with en suite bath with separate vanity. The second bedroom om the first floor has 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, and access to the full hall bath. A large deck provides wonderful outdoor living space for dining and unwinding.

The open floor plan means everyone is included in the fun. The large expanse of picture windows brings the beauty of outside in to enjoy. There is a queen sized pull out sofa for additional sleeping. A dining table for 6 is adjacent to the family area and fully stocked kitchen. You will appreciate the efficiency and comfort of this gracious townhome.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

This condo was so lovely and perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Amazing location and even better in person than the pictures. We will absolutely try and stay here again!The screened in porch was my favorite for having our meals. The window blinds were a bit dated/clunky.

Seabrook Island Spinnaker has it all

This condo is in a great location with beach access and bike ride to the pool! Plenty of room to relax and feel at home while away.We rented bikes and enjoyed the pool. With included amenities, it’s easy to not leave the property except for groceries. Be sure to check out the hours of restaurants and plan ahead for busy times.

Charming Home

The home at Seabrook Island of Coastal Getaways of SC is an inviting community that you absolutely need to visit with your family and friends. We feel in love with Island and we will be back. The comes with many amenities and three beds are comfortable. If you are wanting some ice cream, go check out “Beaches and Cream” @ The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
