Great location- nice big house so people can spread out. Nice big yard- would reccomend!

Great house for family gathering

We had 9 guests and it was the perfect size for us. Listing just as described. 10 minute walk to the beach in a great location

Hidden gem

The place was advertised except better. Definitely an older house with a retro vibe but that added to the experience. Lots of hidden gems (think Happy Days board game from 1977). Good location to center and easy enough to get to the beach.

Great spacious house with perfect location in OOB

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Daydream! The house was just close enough to the beach for a quick walk but also located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for relaxing at night. The house was great for our family, plenty of entertainment for our kids between the Arcade games, foosball table, Super nintendo, cornhole etc. And also great for the adults with the spacious backyard, fire pit and cabana. The beds were very comfortable, the host was very responsive and helpful. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

For the price, and the astronomical host fees, I don’t think this property lived up to it. They would not give us the door code until 4pm sharp unless we paid extra, so even 1/2 early arrival guests had to sit in the car and wait. The house was nice, but not super clean. Some of the dishes were in the cabinets dirty, lots of things were over looked by the cleaning company. Nice proximity to town, but not worth the money in my party of 7’s opinion.
