You and your family will enjoy this beautiful home in North Edmonton! There are two living rooms, an open concept floor plan, two bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. This safe and quiet neighborhood will be perfect for your next stay in Edmonton!
The main floor in this home is open concept so there is lots of space for you and your family to enjoy! The home is modern, has brand new furniture and should be the perfect space for a short or long term stay.
Guests will have access to the entire home except the unfinished basement, and one bedroom that will both be locked. Feel free to enjoy the back patio and even park in the garage for those cold winter nights!

Our home is located in the community of Carlton. There are grocery stores, shops and many amenities located within minutes of the property.
It`s best to have a vehicle when staying. There is parking on the property in front of the house or in the garage.
Absolutely no parties or loud noise
No smoking indoors, including vaping and cannabis. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged $500
No shoes indoors
No animals
Quiet time is 11pm
**Please note that there is a doorbell camera at the front door that is monitored**
