Enjoy the winter in this secluded hideaway. Echo lake/Cannon Mt. 20 mins. away. Lots to do or just relax in this peaceful, sunny setting on the 2 acres of land. Littleton/Franconia 15 mins down the road. Available for Winter 2021 -2022 rental. $1,250 per month, + security deposit, utilities not included , WI -Fi available, no pets .

White Mountain Retreat

Wonderful place, quite and peaceful! Fully equipped and Lisa was great to work with. Loved walking up every morning to the rolling mountains and beautiful sunrises!

We rented this house for 3 months while we skied. It was the perfect place for our family and had plenty of room to cook dinner and relax after a long day of skiing. Thank you for letting us use your property.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to Franconia Region's best attractions

Great little house on a quiet street with scenic yard overlooking a field and nearby hills. Steep dirt road to get to house, but no problem in the summer for front-wheel drive cars. I imagine colder months would require 4WD or AWD. Ample parking on gravel access. House was clean, and comfortable. Very close to Sugar Hill and short drive to Franconia Notch. Given location, no reliable cell phone service at the house which can be a benefit for vacationers.. Homeowner was easy to contact and answered questions. We stayed as medical students rotating at nearby hospitals and the location was suitable for both studying (wifi) and good outdoor study breaks. Nice, functional kitchen that even has a dishwasher and laundry available to use in the basement. We would stay again!
