Welcome to Lake Conroe, a 23,000 acre freshwater lake that is world renowned for fishing, water sports, and spectacular golf courses. Located in Walden on Lake Conroe this professionally maintained, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers the conveniences and amenities of a destination resort. Comparable accommodations in a regular hotel would equate to renting an overpriced suite. This waterfront condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a living room with a lake view, 42" plasma flat screen television, wifi, covered balcony with a view of the pool and lake, and an in-unit, washer/dryer.
Rental includes access to all of the resort facilities: golf, tennis, fitness center, swimming pools, restaurants, boat rentals, outdoor basketball courts, children's playground and two, secured lauches for your watercraft.

We purchased this property in 2002 specifically as a vacation rental. Since that time it has become one of the most popular rentals on Lake Conroe. Almost all of our guests return annually and bring their friends and family.
