Following your checkout, an inspection revealed that water had pooled across the floor and soaked the bathmat due to the shower door being left open or improperly closed during use. This is not a layout issue, but rather a result of how the shower was utilized. •Adherence to House Rules: Our property policies—which cover quiet hours, unauthorized visitors, and our strict no-smoking policy—are clearly outlined in the listing, the Rental Agreement, and the Check-In instructions.
