FABULOUS!This ocean front cottage was everything we expected. Clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the sunrise and early morning Beach combing. Definitely trust the previous reviews as well as mine! Communication was amazing !LOVE LOVE LOVE! WE WILL VISIT AGAIN!

This house was exactly as the description said. It met my idealistic “dream vacation” criteria. Beautiful views, right on the ocean, short walk to beach, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable sleeping. Host was very pleasant and even left had written note welcoming us. The extra touches make it special. Would definitely come back!

I intended to stay here for my daughter’s wedding. The house was as beautiful as I remembered. Perfect for pictures! The water views are amazing. Could not ask for a more beautiful location!! Highly recommend…hated to leave!

Amazing Stay!

The house is beautiful and sits on a perfect little beach. The kayaks and beach toys were a lot of fun. Even at low tide, swimming was wonderful.

The house is situated right on the beach and at high tide it’s literally almost in the water. Views from the deck, living room and primary bedroom upstairs are beautiful! Sunrise spectacular here. You can see the little island off the Silver Sands beach(very close)… at low tide a walkway forms all the way out to this island. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom with king bed is lovely with a gorgeous view. Other rooms are smaller but comfortable. Shared full bath upstairs as well as laundry closet with washer and dryer. Negatives… minor but should mention. The house is right next to other homes and it’s a bit awkward to access. Two houses share the narrow driveway. Felt a little crowded. Windows (with the view) needed cleaning. Blinds on downstairs sliders didn’t operate effectively and the view was partially blocked. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating and flexible. It was a nice girls weekend get away with my friends.

Unmatched views, nice area

Visiting the area for parents weekend at nearby college- this place was perfect. Views of the sound are incredible and the town and surrounding area full of things to do.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is everything. We are literally close enough to the water to toss a stone into it! It's a quiet, lovely neighborhood, very private and has gorgeous views. The highlight of this house is the master bedroom where we would hang out in the evening and enjoy the ocean. It's a beautiful very large room with huge windows so that you can observe the water. It's also within walking distance of the Audubon center. Thank you to Matt for being so responsive and helpful.

beach getaway

Had a fabulous weekend at this beach cottage. Great location, extremely close to the water, coffee shop, ice cream shop, lobster rolls, boardwalk along the water and of course the beach! Milford is a hidden gem for summer vacation and I will definitely go back and stay in this beach home!!
