NEW CONSTRUCTION mountain lodge perched above the fairway of hole 16 of Prospector will be the location of your next amazing Suncadia getaway! Our guests LOVE IT HERE and you will too :)

Your time at the Modern Chalet will be full of 5-star luxuries and comforts. We spent a little extra on each room completing them with luxury hotel rated KING mattresses because we know if you have a bad nights sleep you will not have a great vacation. Our #1 goal is to make sure you and your group have an amazing time!

Each of the 5 rooms have new king mattresses topped with the softest and naturally cooling bedding. Not only that, but each bedroom has its own vibe/design complete with TV’s, closet, and full length mirrors. The bathrooms have spa-like double showers with high end shampoo/conditioner/body wash, river rock tiled floors in the shower, make up towels, hair dryers, and heated floors.

When the group gets together after unpacking in each of their rooms, grab a drink and head out to the covered deck where you’ll be able to enjoy the amazing view and all comfortably sit on the two outdoor sofas and 4 chairs or jump straight into the 8 PERSON HOT TUB! Be sure to grab some marshmallows for evenings around the fire pit, but don’t worry about foraging for sticks, you’ll have roasting sticks available.

You will be less than a minute drive from all Suncadia has to offer. This property is .6 miles from Swiftwater Cellars/Rope Rider Club House, .6 miles from Stovehouse/Prospector Club House, and .8 miles to the Suncadia Lodge.

We already have 25 5-star reviews due to our attention to detail when we designed and furnished the property, but also with the enjoyment guests have while at the property and our immediate response rate if there are any questions during the guest stay

When looking at our pictures, make a mental note of how many seats there are in each of the various areas. We know how important it is to have enough seating for everyone in the living room enjoying game night or watching a movie, dining room with seating for everyone, on the outdoor furniture so no one is left standing, around the fire so everyone has a seat, or in the hot tub.

We had a great stay here with our group of friends and toddlers. Plenty of thoughtful items for the kiddos including high chair, baby gate, and toys. Every corner of the space was aesthetic and cozy. The outdoor space had heaters, a fire pit, and hot tub so we were able to enjoy it all in the colder temps. Anything that came up during our stay, the host was very fast to respond and answer our questions. Simple check in and out. We’d absolutely stay again!

Our stay at the Modern Chalet was top notch! We celebrated an annual girls weekend (mothers & daughters), in which we have rented numerous Suncadia homes over the years. Modern Chalet was by far the most equipped and accommodating for our group. Walking distance to both the lodge and Swiftwater was extremely convenient. We cooked in for the majority of our meals and were delighted the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Comfortable beds, absolutely beautiful golf course view and responsive hosts.

Well appointed place that feels like a luxurious modern mountain home. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, pots, and tools needed to cook in. The Legacy Neighborhood in Suncadia is hands down the BEST! Walking distance to literally everything great about the resort. Not to mention we are on the 16th hole of Prospector, you can pop out there after the last group drive by in their cart and have the course to yourself!

The exposed metal and woods beams enhance the mountain vibe we all want when we go to Suncadia. We bought this property because we instantly fell in love with it because of the layout and warm/cozy feel along with views onto the golf course.
