The nearby Gulf of Mexico has some of the best fishing in the world. Short drive to Manasota Key (15 minute drive), Mineral Springs, Boca Grande (just 10 minute drive), great restaurants and shopping. Centrally located 9 miles from the famous Englewood Beach, where you can enjoy morning yoga at 8am followed by a swim in the blue waters of the bay.

Communication was fantastic!

Owner was great at communication! Property was just as it looked like online, we were able to visit the beach every day but also enjoy the heated pool which felt amazing since the ocean water was still cold. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your property during our getaway from the cold north!

Great location

It was very clean and the owner even let us check in early. She answered every question very quick. I loved that gasparilla and casperson were both only 30min away from the house. There was a beach only 15 minutes away too.

Clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was the cleanest property we’ve stayed at. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and was conveniently located close to many beaches and restaurants. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool, that was warm even on the colder days. Communication with Natalia was great and she made our stay very simple. The next time we visit the area, we’ll be looking for this property again!
