Whether you are looking for a spot to relax with your family or a weekend getaway with the girls, this is the place for you!
Log Cabin Haus is located close by to the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail where you can walk or bring your bicycles and enjoy a bike ride on one of the best trails around.
Downtown Shipshewana is a two minute drive away with eateries, fun shoppes, and an outdoor flea market, open May through September.
Shipshewana is also home to Bluegate Theater and the Michiana Event Center.
There is so much to see and do while you stay right here in the heart of Amish country in Shipshewana, Indiana.

The house is all one level.
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, with a drip side or K cup (coffee is provided), toaster, dishes, pots, and pans.
The dining area includes a dining table with six dining chairs. There are additional folding chairs available to pull up around the table.
The living room has a cozy sectional and loveseat. There are no TVs in the house because the owner likes to keep things simple and wants Guest to be able to relax and enjoy each other. However, there is Wi-Fi available!
All bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the hallway off of the living room.
The ensuite primary bedroom has a King bed, clothes closet, shower, jetted bathtub, and a double vanity.
The other two bedrooms both have a queen bed, clothes closet, and a pedestal sink.

The second bathroom includes a Walk-in bath tub with detachable shower head and a pedestal sink.
The washer and dryer is also located in this bathroom.

We had a great girls trip to Shipshewana and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was a short and convenient drive to the area shops and the flea market. The Log Cabin Haus was very clean and was perfect for the four of us. The front porch was a relaxing place to watch the Amish buggies go by.

This is a great place to stay in Shipshewana. It's so nice to have a home to ourselves and Julie's home was perfect (more than we needed actually- a larger family could easily stay here.)It is within nearly 5 minutes of everything in Shipshewana, while still being "away" from all the action on the strip. Still also very close to Middlebury.Julie was very accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again if we're back in Shipshewana!

Very clean and comfortable centrally located property and thus was good for exploring the Amish region. Like others who have stayed here we enjoyed sitting, talking, and watching the horses roll by the covered porches. Host was accommodating. Thank you!

The cabin is in a great location in relation to shopping. We loved spending time on the porch to see and wave to the families in the buggies and the bikes. The cabin has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook if you want. The four of us will book the Log Cabin Haus again for our next girls trip.

The Log Cabon is a great place with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had 4 adults and two kids—everyone had a blast with enough space to gather and play games and a kitchen I wish I had at home. The layout is very accessible for people in need of mobility accommodations. Julie is a host who goes above and beyond. We look forward to staying again in the future.
