Three bedrooms (queen beds), all come with A/C, comfy robes & slippers, charging station for your phones and tablets. Enjoy 2 balconies & multi-use space for meditation, yoga, reading or playing games. We offer lots of amenities for your convenience and additional services (massage, yoga, grocery shopping and more!). Lovely quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The location was a great spot to get to San Juan national historic site and the old town area will be far enough away that it wasn’t terribly expensive compared to some of the properties in old town.

Fantastic location

Sylvia's place worked great for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) plenty of space, great location, walkable to a wonderful beach and many restaurants. Easy to grab an Uber if going to other parts of town.

We needed a place for a few days while in San Juan before heading to the west coast. This place was perfect. Close to restaurants, quiet, easy uber pickup to get into Old San Juan and walkable to the beach. Clean, good communication with the host. Would stay there again

Great short stay in Puerto Rico

Great place to stay while waiting for our cruise to disembark from Puerto Rico.Only complain was a couple cockroaches which were around the property when we checked in. This is a common problem when it rains in P.R. The only person it really bothered was my 75 year old mother.We contacted the host and she organized someone to come and spray while we were touring San Juan.All in all, a great place to stay!

Party of 6 Birthday Trip

Owner Sylvia is very communicative. She responds promptly. The small hiccups that were quickly taken care of was appreciated! Very close proximity to beach (2 blocks). Uber accessible. If you want to cook...the kichen has everything needed to do so. Bathrooms has necessities as well. Beds are comfortable. Overall it was a decent stay!

I love discovering new things and places. Getting in my car and just driving to see where the road takes me is not unusual for me. Meeting people from different places and doing all I can to make sure they enjoy their stay is what I love about hosting. I have 2 dogs and 13 chickens (not at this location). I've traveled abroad some and hope to do a lot more traveling.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood has a great young vibe and scene. I love the eclectic shops I found, the great cafes that offer an abundant of vegetarian options and it's proximity to lots of must see sites.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has something for everyone. You can lounge in one of two balconies (one has a hammock), you wan chill and watch tv or work at the table, you can meditate, do yoga or read in the multi-use room or you can take a short stroll to the beach or your favorite coffee shop. The living room, dining room and front balcony are open to each other which lends itself to easy conversations and if you open the doors and windows it invites a lovely cross breeze. During renovations we maintained as many of the older charm as we could so you'll find that in the smaller full bathroom the original tiles and the cozy shower stall is there, but we added a few modern features. From one of the bedrooms you get a great view of the massive mango tree in the back that produces delicious fruit. The neighbors are friendly and have been there for years. It's just an awesome place.
