Don't be fooled by other properties around the area. This is the newest, most exclusive condo in Isla Verde Beach. This magnificent 3Bedroom/2Bathroom apartment is just 30 steps away from the beach.

The building has a back full back up electricity generator. In 2016 Leisure & Travel Magazine named it one of the 10 Best City Beaches in the World. Near by you’ll find fine dining restaurants such as Ruth Chris Steakhouse to casual dining places, excellent local cuisine, bars and fast food joints. Everything is walking distance! The condo has a boutique hotel feeling with pool and views of the beach and coast. Two blocks away you can try your luck at the Hotel San Juan and Casino and also across the street there is a grocery shop in case you run out of wine. Everything you need in one place!

With the new normality coming to be, it's my priority to keep up the standards to provide you with optimal health and safety measures. Sanitation and cleaning measures are being implemented for a much more secure environment for you and your loved ones. We know that health is important, that's why we take care of you and your loved ones during this crisis.

The room set up includes: the master bedroom, with a king bed, the second bedroom with two full beds and a TV, and the third bedroom with two full beds and TV also. All bedrooms have black outs for your sleeping enjoyment. The living area includes a large balcony which faces Isla Verde Beach, and a large kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Everything is new, since the building in only a few years old! There is a separate laundry room. There is cable and internet wifi, 3 LCD flat panel large TV's. The apartment has a gym, one parking spot inside the building.

Perfect little Beach getaway

This place was super close to the beach, clean, and accommodating. We stayed for a friends getaway and had a great time. Location was great and Jennifer was super responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chill vacay vibe!

Beach escape

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants. The property was spotless and beautifully furnished, with so many thoughtful touches for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beach chairs and laundry facilities were such a bonus. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making this a comfortable and convenient home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property looks exactly like the pictures posted. There is more than enough room for a family of six adults and one child. Property is within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores, and has a public beach access at the end of the street. Will definitely rent this property for our family vacation again next year.

Great location & stay!

I traveled with my husband and his family and we had a fantastic time. The location is amazing - very close to a beautiful beach, Starbucks, bars, shopping. The condo itself was perfect for our needs - the large kitchen, the balcony, and the rooms. Additionally, we loved having the parking spot for our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Holiday Stay!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property.The condo is beautiful and clean always.It is well stocked with everything you need.The location could not be any better, one block to the beach.The owner is super, and very easy to communicate with.Check in and out is a cinch. My family loves Puerto Rico and have made many great memories there. We would never stay any where else but this property. A1 all the way !!!!

Place is so close to the beach and places to eat. Super clean and well stocked. Owners were great 4 for check in process because it took me a while to find the lockbox. But once that was found (side of the building) everything was super easy.

Fun stay in Carolina

We had a wonderful stay for six nights in this spacious and well-appointed apartment 1/2 block from a beautiful stretch of beach in Carolina. Only missed having a better view from this second floor apartment, but otherwise would highly recommend it - especially for families.

The condo was clean; well stocked; secure and lovely. The beach was less than 300 feet away and there were lounge chair and umbrella rentals right there. The owner responded very quickly to all communications and was very helpful. The only thing you should know is to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Property was as shown on the website. Access to the beach was fantastic. In a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy Uber to Old San Juan. Charlies car rental right next door, so day trip was easy with a rental next door. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. There is only 1 hair dryer, so for 6 women - that was challenging, but on vacation so not a big deal. Owner super responsive for any information we needed. Loved it, hope to be back:)

Spring break

Overall, great experience. Very close to the beach. Apartment is nicely furnished and clean. Space worked well for our family of 5, comfortable and didn't feel crowded at all. Kitchen is well equipped, liked having breakfast in the apartment in the mornings. Gym and pool were nice to have though didn't use as much as we spent more time at the beach and enjoying other sites. You can walk to restaurants and a pharmacy. There's a small/partial view to the beach, unfortunately obstructed by the apartment building in front and parking lot. Liked having assigned parking. Check in and check out process went smoothly. Would recommend and stay in apartment again in the future.

Isla Verde family vacation

Traveling with son, daughter in law and two grandchildren 3 & 6. Jennifer was great and provided many extras not typically included beach chairs, toys, etc. basic supplies to start off with. Condo was clean and as listed, balcony was incredible to sit and enjoy the ocean view even though it’s limited from second floor you still can see enough of water to enjoy. The condo worked out fantastic for our family vacation very close to beach small pool that grandkids loved and used every day. Thanks Jenniffer for a wonderful experience and accommodating our late check out!

Isla Verde backyard

This condo is a charm. Two words describe it, spacious and clean. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to respond. The kitchen was big and since that’s the space where families share most, it was perfect. The bathrooms were spacious, especially the master bath. The room with the balcony did not have a closet and that was a bit challenging. However, that would not deter me from staying there again. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Great location but has some issues

Great location steps away from a very nice beach! Apartment is located in the second floor so your view is essentially the parking lot. There is a terrible ghat and mosquito problem inside the apartment which made things a little uncomfortable. WiFi does not work in any of the bedrooms so the televisions are useless. Toilet is stained yellow; not sure if it’s urine or rust! Very unfortunate because the owner seems like a very nice lady.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable

Are stay was great. Condo was clean and beautiful and the beds were comfortable! The communication with the owner was OK. We had a few issues during our stay and she was responsive and handled the issues quickly which was much appreciated. However, there was construction going on to the pool and the parking lot that I feel should have been communicated to us before. Pool was closed for our whole stay as well as there was painting of the parking area that we were not aware of. We were still able to park there but we had to worry about if we needed to move the car for them to paint ect. There was also an issue with that there was only one parking slot available. Apparently there are 2 parking slots available but one had an acidic drip that could potentially damage the paint on our rental car so we had to find alternate parking which was pretty expensive. Owner was upfront about this but only after we asked to confirm there were 2 spots since we would have 2 cars. So if you are coming with a group of 8 or more make sure you ask and plan for the extra expense. Overall if it wasn’t for those small things, I would have given a 10/10. I just think it’s good to have honest reviews so people can plan accordingly. I would still stay here again and again!

Perfect location for our family!

There were 6 of us- 3 adult couples, and this location was perfect for our family! We did a lot of cooking in the condo, and the well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. We made use of the beach chairs at the condo, and rented a sturdy umbrella on the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 5 min from the front door. The water in the ocean was super warm, and you can walk a mile along the beach before you encounter a rock wall blocking your path. We used the pool on the ground floor, and we were the only ones there, both times. The pool water was nice and warm, making it hard to want to leave. The view from the roof of the building is beautiful. We visited the El Yunque Rainforest, which was about 45 min away. It’s a spectacular National Park, with waterfalls and a great swimming hole at the end of the Angelita trail- which is only a 15 min walk into the rainforest. The visitor center is also worth a stop. The San Sebastián festival was going on while we were in San Juan, and it was crazy busy after being cancelled the past two years because of the pandemic. The estimates were 100,000 people were in attendance. You couldn’t park anywhere near the festival, but there were scooter rentals available to get you closer to the event. There was food and live music and just a huge party in the street. We all had a great time and we’re already talking about planning a return visit!

A perfect place to stay with family

We really enjoyed our stay! Staying here made our visit sooooo easy. We utilized almost every amenity the condo had. Parking was great (gated and assigned). Pool is not a big pool but it offers both sun and shade. It's 4 feet which was perfect for our 2 year old. And, it was always either empty or only 1-2 other people were there. The beach is literally at the end of the street. A very easy walk. There are at least 8-10 great beach chairs that the property had for us. Also, beach towels were available. We also, used the dryer. Such a nice bonus to have.The balcony was super nice and you do have a view of the water (Can't really see the beach). Also, we appreciated the balcony was cement/stone and totally blocked so we felt it was very safe for our 2yo vs. almost every other property having bars. You are not directly on the beach but this is a very new building and it was super nice. It didn't bother us that we were not directly on the beach. We appreciated the kitchen being full stocked because we did cook. We had family over for dinner a couple times and seating was excellent. When we arrived, Jenniffer had not yet sent the code for the keys but, the important thing was she was just a phone call away. We know it was a simple accident. No big deal. I wanted to make sure I included this because things happen and how hosts respond to a guest in need is a BIG deal.So, we were so grateful for her availability. She was always just a phonemail away.Would recommend and stay again!

Great location, and suitable for many wheelchairs

As a wheelchair user, the description and pictures were very important to me to ensure I could navigate the apartment. It’s the most accessible non-ADA place I’ve ever stayed and Jenniffer was even kind enough to install a hand wand shower head in the master bathroom. The pictures and description are very accurate, and my family and I had a great stay!
