Checking in was really nice. The home was clean and very easy to settle into.We slept really well. The beds were very comfy, which sometimes is hard to find.We hope to stay there again next time we are traveling through Olympia.
We had a great stay. Especially loved how clean the property is. No nasty smells or anything putting off. The house and kitchen is well kept and self sufficient. We had a smooth check in and the stay was great!!
My family and I were on a 2 week road trip from Arizona. The Seattle area was our halfway point. We booked this townhome for two nights so we could do laundry and stay near the area where we used to live. The townhome itself is very nice and looks like the photos online. The beds are comfortable and there is a newer portable AC unit downstairs.Unfortunately, there was a terrible smell coming from both the garage and the refrigerator that permeated the entire house. We tried opening the windows and running every available vent fan, but nothing helped. The smell was a combination of old grease or oil, fish, and what smelled like a dead animal in the garage. Thankfully, we weren’t in the home for extended periods because we were out showing our kids the area where we used to live. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, which was unbearable to spend time in because of the smell. The provided towels also smelled like the garage. Fortunately we found fresh towels in the downstairs closet so we could shower.I’m deducting two stars for these issues: one because we were unable to use the laundry facilities we specifically booked the property to have access to, and another because the overwhelming odor throughout the home significantly detracted from our stay. While the townhome itself is nice, these issues made the experience disappointing.
The place was perfect for what we needed. We very much enjoyed our time here - there’s room to hangout in the backyard/patio but we did not use that space. The beds are very comfortable and with 1.5 bathrooms it was perfect. We had a few things come up and Julie was very quick and responsive. It’s very close to downtown Olympia and a quick few minutes to the interstate to head to Seattle. Local restaurants and a grocery store just down the road. We would definitely stay here again!
The property was easy to find. Check in was simple. The house is set up nicely. It had everything it promised. We were able to cook in the kitchen comfortably. The basics were there. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. I was able to sleep really well. This was exactly what we needed. Thank you! 5 stars we recommend.
