• Living Room: Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping, new electric fireplace, and ocean views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea makers, cookware, utensils, and all essentials to prepare meals at home.
• Beach Gear: Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels stored in the garage cabinet.
• Laundry: Large coin-operated facilities in the parking garage. Detergent, hamper, and dryer sheets provided in the unit.
• Parking: Assigned space in the underground garage (restrictions apply). Building access is secure with key or remote.
• Wi-Fi: High-speed internet throughout the condo.
• CLEAN: Condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests by our premium service, Well&Good. All linens, bath, and beach towels are replaced for each stay.

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Minimum Nights: The HOA at this property requires a minimum of 6 nights per booking.
No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It has heaters for cooler evenings and that wonderful ocean breeze with open windows and doors. Portable a/c units are available to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are located in the parking garage.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
