My name is Kai (she, her). I have lived in Europe, Asia, Central America, in the US from West Coast to East Coast. This is my first time hosting my home, and I am excited to welcome you all. North Beach is a small beach community and is close to Washington, DC as well as Annapolis, MD.

The home is a few feet from the Chesapeake Bay, back and front, with great views. Stroll to beach, boardwalk, restaurants. Enjoy

Why they chose this property

I chose this community because it is a small beach community. I fell in love with the water view and the short walks to the beach, restaurants, the unique shops, and having ice cream on the boardwalk. The fantastic sunrises I can watch from the bed, from the upper deck with a hot tea in hand.
