Enjoy a high ceiling, fenced yard with the professional landscape, Wi-Fi, self-check-in, heating and AC (heat exchanger) and free parking for 2 cars. The well-stocked kitchen and comfortable atmosphere make it perfect for your stay. Please note: no pets, events, or parties allowed.

What a great home! It’s comfortable and had everything amenity my family could ask for. It was clean and cheery and Miyeon was a pleasure to deal with. We also loved the beautiful garden. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to connect

We absolutely loved this home. We stayed during our daughter’s graduation weekend. It was close to Ithaca college, quiet, spacious and comfortable. With 3 bathrooms the 6 of us had no trouble getting to graduation on time! We love to cook and visit for long periods of time and renting a home allows us to do that. The kitchen is open to a beautiful living room which allowed us to meal prep and visit at the same time. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house and would love to stay again on another trip to Ithaca. The owner responded immediately to any inquiries and left instructions posted around the house to make using everything easier. Leaving tea, snacks, coffee, etc and a journal with helpful area information was a very nice touch! The house was very nicely appointed with a beach-y vibe and was immaculate. Super nice to leave shampoo/etc in the bathrooms, Tide pods in the laundry room, etc as we'd recently stayed in a VRBO where we had to even bring our own toilet paper!. Hair dryers were also present and the kitchen appeared to be fairly well stocked with plates/pots/utensils (although we didn't use the kitchen). The house location is OK- super quiet side street very close to Route 13 and downtown Ithaca and about 15 minutes from Cornell (have to navigate through traffic lights of downtown to get up to Cornell). Only downside was the lack of a king-size bed. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful!
