Beautiful property we had a great time here. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the beach. Staff was very responsive with a small problem we had with the air conditioner in the living room. If you have mobility issues just know that you have to climb about a dozen stairs to get to the unit and you have to go down a dozen stairs to get to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The condo had everything! I mean everything! The beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon were so handy for our beach days. The beach is literally a 1 min walk. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was high end with pull out bed. We cooked meals and made lunches each day to take on our day trips. The kitchen literally had everything. We would stay at this exact place again hands down.

Beautiful property, just as pictured

We normally stay on the east side of the island, but decided to mix things up and Nihi Kai did not disappoint. The condo was very thoughtfully updated. Beds were super comfy, and we appreciated all the extras like beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Property grounds, including pool, were super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

I just enjoyed a week in Kauai with my family in this beautiful condo. The property grounds are gorgeous, it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach and is perfectly stocked with everything that a family needs. The property management company is top notch, the best that I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend booking this condo!

Great property

Great location. Clean, air conditioning was very nice. Property included beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, lots of things you can’t pack to the island, but want to have to fully enjoy the beach.

Excellent location!

The complex was a short walk to the beach where we saw turtles and monk seals daily. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We utilized the bbq almost daily. The communication with the owners was great and prompt.

Great spot

We have stayed at many places in hawai this one was great.. It was very nice but the nice thing is it came with just about everything we could possibly need it to do any cooking or beach going, chairs boogie boards, umbrellas snorkle gear, etc., if we needed it, it was probably in the unit.. Separate air conditioning units in all the rooms was fantastic.

This place is a 10/10 location! 3rd time to Kauai, best stay yet! Fully stocked with everything you need! Literally down to beach stuff and kitchen stuff! So happy with our stay. Utilized all the lanai’s, furniture was so comfortable. Both beds, pillows, sheets beyond amazing!!!!!! Great floor plan! The washer and dryer was a game changer! Beautiful complex!!!!!

My wife and I traveled with 2 adult children and all were impressed with the property. The accommodations felt fresh, new and clean. .The living spaces were well designed with comfortable furnishings. There was plenty of space in the communal areas to spread out. Also, with the living spaces downstairs there was the ability to escape to private spaces when necessary. I was quite satisfied with the comfort of the bed on which I slept very well. I enjoy cooking, so was happy to find the kitchen well appointed. Almost any kitchen tool you might need could be found in one of many drawers, cabinets or elsewhere. There was actually a butcher block with, wait for it… sharp knives. And although it might be simple, I was happy to find a coffee maker with filters ready to go. For those of you looking to make a special dish, however, I would recommend bringing or purchasing some of your own spices and seasonings— the basics were available, but not much else. Certainly forgivableMy family was thrilled to find an outdoor closet filled with beach equipment. We found chairs, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Inside there was an assortment of beach towels to choose from. A final thoughtful offering from the hosts was a JBL portable bluetooth speaker. It certainly made my daughter happy. Being close enough to the beach to get there in a short walk made the property ideal. My family would definitely book the property again.

Poipu Kauai stay

Our stay in Poipu condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The only complaint I have are the stairs and bathrooms on a different floor than the kitchen/living area, but at 70 years old, all stairs can be a challenge. We would recommend the condo to friends and family.

Spring stay

The place had good decore, was reasonably clean, was large enough to suit our needs, and the location was excellent. The rental had everything plus more of beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. Parking was close and plentiful. Washer and dryer. All very convenient.

Perfect Poipu

Wonderfully equipped condo, situated in the perfect area with easy beach access. Excellent beach equipment amenities. Very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive. Must be able to navigate stairs.
