This is a clean and simply furnished apartment located in an older house that has been converted into three separate rental spaces. It has central gas and a window AC in the bedroom. High thread count sheets with a memory foam topping complete the bedroom. A newly renovated attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. Our space has newer windows that open with screens, a window AC unit in the bedroom during the summer, A ceiling fan info fireplace inserts for ambience in the living room. Wi-Fi and smart TV is present. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several fast food restaurants, coffee shops, an old fashion ice cream parlor, quaint shops, canoe livery and all that Loudonville has to offer.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment located downtown Loudonville.
