Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

Great little hideaway

Tidy little cabin, cozy perfect for a weekend away from everything. Quiet and secluded spot let us totally disconnect from the hustle, and so close to the park for hiking. Grill was great to cook on. The outdoor space was a major plus, campfire, nice benches, and a porch swing made it tough to leave!

Beyond Expectations

I didn’t expect such a modern, clean, and updated tiny cabin in this area! The place was clean, my wife and I are semi-germ-a-phobes (like wearing sandals in hotel rooms bad) but this place had us completely comfortable. The location was 5-10 minutes away from everything Mohican. Climbing up and down the ladder to the loft was a bit uncomfortable at first but we got used to it. I wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t in decent physical shape or clumsy but there is a pull out bed on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!

A great "little" find !

My boyfriend and I were going to be in the area and since his birthday was Sunday, I decided to find us a nice quite place to retreat to after a day of hiking in Mohican on Saturday. This place is a gem! So cozy. We were greeted with the fireplace on and a nice warm cabin. It had everything we needed. We took advantage of the backyard firepit even though it was drizzling out....it was just too cute not to. Once inside for the night, the fireplace made a nice cozy evening and we were delighted to find a record player with some great albums....we will be putting this on our favorites list and be sure to visit again!
