Your perfect escape awaits. Whispering Pines is minutes from Snow Trails Ski Lodge, Mohican State Park, and Malabar Farm State Park
We do accept up to 2 dogs.
We do not live on site but we are nearby and are available if needed.
Whispering Pines is located on 5 beautifully wooded acres.

While the property is rural it is within minutes of Loudonville, a quaint town with many options such as boutique shopping, restaurants, canoeing, an aerial park, go carts, mini golf, and more!

Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails, and Amish country are within a beautiful and short drive from the cabin making for unlimited fun day trips!
While Whispering Pines is only a short distance off of a state route the driveway is gravel and somewhat steep. During the winter months (December 1st-April 1st), it is advised that all renters should have a vehicle equipped with either four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) to access the property. This requirement is essential for ensuring safe and reliable transportation to and from the rental property, especially during periods of inclement weather such as snow, ice, or other hazardous conditions.

A full eat in kitchen flows easily into the living area featuring a rustic stone fireplace for those cozy cabin vibes Step outside and you'll find a covered living space, fire pit, and hot tub. Year after year, our guests return to this haven to escape the daily grind and reconnect with nature, as well as cherished friends and family.
This is a rural property. We are within easy driving distance from Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails Ski Lodge, Amish country, and more.

Fantastic place and great hosts!

The cabin at Whispering Pines was exactly as described and then some. Well-appointed kitchen, comfy en suite bedroom (it was just 2 of us - we didn’t use the other room), great hot tub with patio/fire pit, and the covered deck with gas grill was a hit. We enjoyed everything AND the solar eclipse. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. :)

Expensive!!!

Nice hot tub,fabulous master suite, very pricey, for this amount sure wish we could have been warm! Did have complimentary coffee etc... didn't know have to take trash out,no instructions. Had fun and liked we could bring our little dog

Perfect getaway place!

We had a great girls getaway weekend at Whispering Pines! We were able to take advantage of the fire pit, the hot tub, and updated cabin that had comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. We fit in a hike and a visit to Loudonville to shop at the cute boutiques. We’re hoping to make this an annual trip and would love to come back again.

Cozy Hideaway

Great little cabin, with beautiful views of large pond, and nicely situated among the trees. Perfect outdoor setting with covered deck, and a nice fire pit area with heavy duty Adirondack chairs and ambient lighting. The large hot tub is perfect after a long day hiking at the nearby trails. The inside has been thoughtfully considered for your convenience. Nice cookware for whipping up meals, wonderful master bedroom with comfy bed and crisp clean sheets. Large master bath with a nice washer and dryer. Perfect for 4 people. 2nd bedroom is a bit small, but comfy. 2nd bathroom has everything you need, but the shower may be a bit tight for a big guy. Cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of games and movies for relaxing in the evening. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the location is great for exploring and hiking, and close to area attractions. Jodi and Jason are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this charming little cabin!

Very Relaxing!

This is the second time we have stayed at Whispering Pines. It is absolutely the perfect place to relax and it is secluded but still close to town to get necessary things. Jodi and Jason were fantastic with everything there that we needed. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there. It is such a nice comfortable cabin to stay in everything was great! Highly recommend this place.
