I am new to hosting, but have many experiences as a VRBO customer. So, when I decided to become a VRBO host, I understood what was needed to make sure the apartment is well equipped, newly furnished and clean. The beautiful back yard and second floor deck provide peace and tranquility as well as easy walking access to the many restaurants, stores, parks and Newport waterfront. It is the best of both worlds- quiet/restful location and a short walk to activities.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood for its walking accessibility to all that Newport has to offer, such as the waterfront, parks, boating, restaurants, stores and music venues. I chose this house because it is fully renovated and modernized, yet kept it's old Newport character. This property also has a large backyard and large deck off the second floor apartment. One of the best features is the multiple off-street parking spaces, which is rare for the heart of Newport Yachting Village.
