Amazing

The stay was nice and clean. I especially love the beachfront view. Also the pool and hot tub was very relaxing and clean. My kids loved it Especially the air hokey table. Highly recommending this location to all my friends and family and would return again and again. Also very good customer service.

Gorgeous place

We had an unforgettable experience with a large group of 25 people including our kids during New Year 2015 Celebration! The atmosphere of that mansion will keep you breathless. View of Lake Michigan will have you speechless. Our children still ask us to come back! You have to try it to understand it!

Beautiful property

We had a family group of 21,age 5-93. The first floor master was completely accessible to my father in law with a walker. He was able to get outside to the pool snd patio and move freely around the first floor. The house is immense,so people could congregate or separate into groups with no problem. Its a bit of a walk to the beach,but a very pretty one. That was the one place the in laws could not go,but the rest of us loved it and the view from the top of the dune was spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed which was great because we cooked all week. Overall,for our size group it was a good value.

Great and terrible at the same time

The house is huge and does have an unbelievable view. That said, it is not maintained in the fashion you would expect from the pictures or the price. Much of the furniture is from Ikea, lots of stuff is missing or just doesn't work (ice maker, coffee maker, air hockey table, pool table, grill). There is a note by the thermostat that the hot water will stop working if you change the temp. And lastly there are significant water issues. As in we had a small waterfall from the ceiling by the garage the entire time we stayed. All that being said, we did have a great time but for the price they are charging and what you expect from a luxury house I was not impressed. If you are looking for a place to throw a party, this might be the perfect spot.

This is a 11,000 square foot house with, that said some things are going to need repair and when its rented 98% of the time we can repair only when its empty. Well unless we get a renter that lets us know something is broke or not working, as in this case. When we find out something is broke we dispatch repair, until then we assume things are working. The air hockey table is not fixed a switch is all broken by renters, the extra ice maker will be removed as it yes is now broken and not reparable, the pool table is not great but it is functional and we might upgrade. The coffee makers there are a few and they check out fine. We have a plan for any issues that are reported at check in or while renters are there, we dispatch service and fix out almost anything, however when water comes from in the wall due to leak by plumbing then we have to wait on the professionals. This was the case as it was not quite a waterfall but that how some guests can view it as its in the garage where you do not even see it if you go in the front door, we still had to wait for service professionals as with the ripped couch to deal with this unfortunate situation. I sure hope the views of this wonderful location can make up for the minor issues. I guarantee if you get to this Amazing place and cannot over look a few small items which was done.... while you wait we will have someone there to make the small things remain just that as you can enjoy your pool side view of private dunes and the splendor of Lake Michigan. I am truly sorry we have a poor review and have never had this in our 3 years of renting the best house on the lake shore!

Enjoyed our stay!

We really appreciated our time over the course of a long weekend with several family and friends. The property is very private and is full of all the amenities you could wish for. The pool and hot tub were really nice, there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large group, we appreciated the nice touch of a fresh bouquet of flowers left for us, and we enjoyed walking out to the beach. My only comment on opportunity for improvement is that we had three different points of contact from initial booking through checkin and then refunding of the security deposit - not a big deal, each person was responsive and easy to work with, just a little confusing until we figured that out. We would stay there again and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

Outstanding!!!

I was quite impressed with the level of service from the start, Everything was explained at the time of booking, and upon our arrival we were given a tour with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accommodations were nice, the pool was clean,and the views of Lake Michigan from the Mansion is Spectacular... I highly recommend this place , and we will be back in 2016...

Great Vacation Spot

This place was the perfect rental for a relaxing vacation! Not only were there many nightlife spots within minutes of this property, there was plenty to do right there. The pool, hot tub, the beach and the views were exactly what we needed!!! I would recomend the mansion to anyone and can't wait to book our trip for next year!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the mansion Frank made it very easy for us to plan and coordinate. The home was amazing and beautiful view from every room. Incredible One of a Kind Beachfront Vacation!!!

We had the very best vacation at the place! I can't describe in words how incredible it was! Very secluded, breathtaking views, spacious rooms, plenty of room for all of our family and guests. Our children were thrilled with ping pong, the swimming pool and hot tub. We were super happy with the steamer shower, jacuzzi tub, amazing kitchen and dining area. We can't wait to plan another vacation there!!!

This house was amazing!

We rented this house for a weekend for our company retreat. This house was gorgeous. It slept all 15 of us very comfortably. We all had a fabulous time. It was a little difficult to get down to the beach but once you got down there it was very lovely. We mainly used the pool and hot tub, which were great. I would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Mansion Holiday Party

Beautiful! This place is phenomenal and breathtaking views to top it off! What a great place to have a Holiday Party or Retreat. The Spacious rooms aloud for large groups and entertainment. Thankyou to all the vendors that provided the food and live music! This would be a great place a Bachelor(ette) or even a winter weekend retreat. Highly Recommended.
