My home is nestled in the heart of beautiful Pares Village with convenient access to all the nearby attractions like Sir Vivian Richards stadium (5 minutes away). Located minutes away from the beaches, downtown St. Johns, and other local attractions.
I can’t wait to host you in my home. I want it to be your “home away from home”. Each room has brand new AC. There are Smart TVs in every room. Washer/Dryer for your convenience. There’s also a full kitchen.

The property was as advertised. Welcoming, great condition, safe location. Enjoyed how easy it was to travel to different island locations from this property. The home owner was very helpful if an issue did occur.

Home away from home

I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home away from home experience. The property is basically new, very clean and well equipped to make your stay a comfortable one. Communication with Coleen was very easy and responses are quite timely. Her recommended taxi operator was the best!!

Everything was pretty great at our stay, but be aware that you are a little ways away from any beach and you'll need a car if you want to have freedom to move around. This house is quite a ways off the main road. It's also surrounded by a chain link fence which is fine, just not very inviting. The appliances and all that were great. I would recommend the host try to install a rooftop patio - it would be really nice for sunrise/sunset. 7.5/10 for us

Peter, I am glad you had a good time in Antigua. My home is located in the countryside and located less than a mile from the main road. Typically most of my guests rent a car so they can better control their movements. My home is located within a 12 minutes drive from Long Bay Beach- which I did refer to you. Our beautiful island have 365 beaches, There are several other beaches located within a 20 minute drive. As for the fence-, visibility of the home is clear and it gives added security, which many guests appreciate it. Thank you

Immaculate house

The house is immaculate, everything was spotless and new and it is very spacious. Coleen responded to all messages very quickly and gave really helpful information on how to access the house. Good location to get to Half Moon Bay and Long Beach and friendly neighbours

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We couldn't ask for a better experience than what Coleen provided for us. Her home is spacious, beautiful, clean, and secure. She provided extra towels for bathing and the beach. Plenty of cuttlery and cookware. Her instructions were clear and she was very helpful every step of the way. It was easy to reach her and she kindly checked in with us during our stay. AC units and TV's in each room which is bonus. The wifi worked well. Don't hesitate to book her place. You won't be disappointed.
