The property was beautiful. It was very clean as well. There were a few normal wear and tear things but nothing that would stop me from coming back. The pool was a lot of fun and big enough for my whole family.

Amazing House and pool..

Amazing home and pool. Very cozy, clean and great decor. Table and bench in pool was a big plus for adults. Sit and watch the kids play from inside the pool. My only complaint would be second floor bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house.

Hello Ramon, Thank you for being our guest in Palm Villa! We love hearing that you enjoyed the pool and the lovely home. The AC has been recently serviced to ensure ultimate cooling. Please keep in mind that with the Florida heat and humidity second floors can be a bit warmer than the main floors in any home. Sunny Regards, FDR Team

Good Rental

Overall the stay was very good - other reviews are very accurate. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size, the upstairs bedroom does not cool off as quickly as the downstairs ones even with two fans running. Definitely should have a wall AC unit to assist. We had some minor maintenance issues that the property management company did a great job to address, they were responsive for sure. The Fridge wasn't getting cold and they sent a guy they next day and it was fixed. Two consecutive nights the smoke alarm batteries started chirping at 3 a.m. - the ceilings are very high so there was nothing that could be done at that time. They fixed the first night - we were surprised when they went off the second night, thought they would change them all at once. The parking - t's covered in the manual in the house, but it's not the first thing you think to look at when you check in. We were parked within the property lines on a gravel area just off the driveway, but got a citation because the car was parked in the wrong direction - we didn't think twice as we were within the property lines - not on a street. Overall the unit is great, it's about six blocks from the beach, the pool is a joy at the end of the day, it's stocked well in the kitchen and the beach chairs / wagon are perfect. This unit is a 5 star unit - we unfortunately experienced a few disappointing things, but we'll rent it again!

Hi Mark, We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay minus the few non-preventable issues that our team was able to rectify in a timely manner. Palm Villa is in a great location, just 2.5 island blocks to the beach and a few streets down from fun stores and entertaining restaurants! Its unfortunate that you recieved a parking ticket, we do try our best to give clear parking instructions in the property to avoid this while parking at the rental. It is also good to familiarize yourself with the local laws while exploring AMI and parking in the direction of traffic is one of them. Gratefully, it seems like you still had an amazing vacation, and we thank you for being our guest! FDR Team

wonderfulbFamily Vacation at Palm Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six had a really great time at Palm Villa. The location of the house was great! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is really cute and decorated in a pretty beachy theme. It was really spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great too. The built in table was a nice touch and there were plenty of pool floats and noodles. The house had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, floats, beach games/toys, and a wagon to pull all of it). The property management company was easy to work with. We had an issue with the pool filter come up and it was promptly addressed. This is our second time vacationing on Anna Maria Island and we absolutely loved our stay at Palm Villa.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Villa is a nice home in a great location. The property management company is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any needs. We had a great time!

We had a great time! Oh great location free trolley picks up at the end of the street takes you all over the island. You can hop on and hop off at different beaches and shops. The pool was very nice and I had a nice outdoor table and lounge chairs. If you’re planning to barbecue may think that the barbecue is rusted and falling apart on the inside.
